Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How do I place an order?

It’s simple! You can either browse our “Shop” to order your team’s pre-designed products, or you can contact us directly to start a custom design from scratch . For custom orders, just share your idea or logo, and our team will guide you through the next steps .

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes, there are usually minimums for custom orders. This helps us manage production costs efficiently and offer you competitive pricing . The MOQ can vary depending on the item, but it can be as low as 10 pieces for some custom jerseys . Please check with us about the specific MOQ for your order .

How long does production take?

Standard production time for custom orders is typically around 4 to 8 weeks after your design is approved and your deposit is received . This timeframe can vary depending on how complex your order is. Rush options are often available for an additional cost .

Can you help me design my team’s kit?

Absolutely. You can come to us with just a concept or idea, and our in-house design team will create professional mockups for you . If you already have a ready design, that’s great too—we will work with your provided artwork .

What if I need to make changes to my order after I’ve placed it?

We process orders quickly to get them to you on time. If you need to make a change, please contact us within a few days of placing your order . We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but once production begins, changes may incur additional costs .

Because our gear is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing . However, if there is a manufacturing fault (a wrong size, a printing error, or defective fabric), we stand behind our work and will resolve the issue . Please contact us immediately with photos of the problem.
